The former Click Five frontman will be performing a secret show this April

KUALA LUMPUR, 13 MARCH 2019: Upfront is thrilled to present Kyle Patrick from The Click Five with special guest Jesse Ruben! The singer-songwriter is set to perform an intimate acoustic show at a secret venue this 1st April 2019.

Patrick is best known as the frontman for The Click Five, a power pop band that took the Asian region by storm with top hits like “Jenny” (#1 on Indonesian, Philippines, Thai, Singaporean, and Taiwanese music charts), “Empty”, and “Happy Birthday”. Organised by Freeform, fans can expect an exclusive show filled with Click Five hits that will get you reliving the 2000s again!

Taking over from Eric Dill in 2007, the band has sold over two million records to date, with their sophomore album Modern Minds and Pastimes achieving commercial success in Asia. The band toured extensively across Asia in the mid to late 2000s, and won multiple awards including “Outstanding Pop Act” at the Boston Music Awards and “Knockout Award” at the MTV Asia Awards 2008. The Click Five went on to release their third studio album, “TCV” in 2010 before disbanding and parting ways.

Since then, Patrick has released 2 EPs under his name and worked as a producer and songwriter with rising artists like Beach Tiger and Spirit Twin. From selling out stadiums worldwide and performing alongside acts like The Script and The Black Eyed Peas, to selling over two million records, it’s no doubt that Patrick has honed his craft as a musician.
